Manuscripts should be prepared according to the format for IEEE conference proceedings, downloadable at this LINK. The minimum page limit for all abstract is two pages. The maximum page limit is 4 pages. Use times New Roman font, 12 point, 1.5 line spacing.
All papers should be submitted electronically to the IWGRS Technical Program Committee
